Abstract :
The feature of testability model and fault tree is analyzed. Based on dependency matrix and fault tree, a new method of diagnostic tree design for system-level faults is proposed. The principle of this method is given. The related definitions and condition assumptions of this method are described in detail. These definitions include standard fault tree, extended dependency matrix, fault detection weight, fault isolation weight, and so on. Two key algorithms and the overall flow of this method are described. The algorithms include extended dependency matrix generation algorithm and diagnostic tree generation algorithm. Finally, a case is given to verify this method. The results show that this new method can efficiently generate the diagnostic tree of system-level faults.
