A investigation about the status of safety production management of construction projects in Henan Province

The safety incidents not only created the huge economic loss but also caused the massive personnel´s casualties, have seriously influence to society´s stability and advancement. Based on investigation, this paper reveals the main factors of safety risks of construction projects, including the safety control measures are effective, but they exist in name only, have not been carried out or cannot carry out; the dangerous places have no protecting measures or caution symbols; the operators/workers have very low safety consciousness; the operators/workers violate regulations or have very low skill and specialty technical experiences; and the government and supervisory companies have insufficient inspection on site etc.
