Abstract
Since 2010, the Real Estate Regulation Policies in our country have dense issued, continuously increase interest rates and limit to purchase house, but the commercial real estate is not affected. This paper analyses the investment risks of the Serviced Apartments through combining with the latest Real Estate Regulation Policies, mainly though the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to give a quantitative analysis and evaluate to the main risk elements of the Serviced Apartments investment. Then take the developing Serviced Apartments in Jiao Nan as an example, and though AHP method obtains the weights of the investment risk factors, based on this, come up to a comprehensive evaluation though setting up the fuzzy mathematics model. In the last part, it proposes the development strategies and recommendations for Chinese Serviced Apartments, which has a reference impact.
