  • Abstract
Based on safety climate and system theory, system dynamics models of production and compliance behavior were built. The effect of several safety management methods and policies were simulated and analyzed with different amount of work production assignment. The artificial result showed that management safety enforcement was less efficiency to compliance behavior when the task assignment changed randomly than which increased regularly. Other safety management strategies should been taken for complementary to make organization safety.
