Abstract :
For the occurrence and spread of emergency described, this text based on the urban traffic network, gave the expression of Emergency site and defined the transportation parameter and the judgment matrix in the emergency condition. By appearing the method that control emergency spread, the method could extract some crossroads and roads they were affected by emergency, depicted scope and degree that the emergency influenced, provided a reference for further analyzing the trend of emergency.
