Abstract
This paper presents a novel impedance-matrix-normalized basis functions (IMNBFs), which can be designed simply and easily. The method to construct IMNBFs is general and constructed procedure doesn´t need additional computational costs. The IMNBFs-based method of moments (MoM) of the electric-field integral equations trends to produce well-conditioned impedance matrix, when non-uniform meshes need to discretize perfectly electric conductive (PEC) objects with edges or tips or fine structures and composite objects, thus convergence of iterative solvers for matrix equations is accelerated obviously.
