Abstract :
This paper use the existing risk assessment method, combining the current specific characteristics of wind power project, through the establishment of index system of risk evaluation, respectively applying fuzzy sets and fuzzy weigh to filter index and determine weighs, and do a risk evaluation by SVM. The established risk assessment of wind power project has good practical to risk management through practice.
