Abstract :
This paper presents the implementation of an IPv6 Testbed performed on the Experimental Network of GIGA Project and some experimental results, where the use of IPv6 integrated to current and emerging technologies used in LAN, MAN and WAN -10 Gigabit Ethernet, DWDM and GPON was tested. These protocols and technologies are part of a brand new technological scenario that has great perspectives to be more and more adopted in the coming years.
