Abstract :
Intermittent faults in electronic system will cause lots of uncertainty in maintenance, lead to a waste of time and money. There are a lot of factors that may cause intermittent faults. This paper has analyzed the causes of intermittent faults, and shows that we can reduce this negative affect by using three status Markov model. Compare to the traditional model, this new method will also reduce false alarms and improve detection rate.
