Abstract :
Research in the area of computational approaches to emotions has received increased attention over the last years. The purpose of this paper is to investigate emotion from a computational perspective, in order to improve human - robot interaction. The paper presents an experimental approach regarding animatronic design in conjunction with realistic animated motions.
