Abstract
To detect the surface displacement fields and their seasonal change of ice sheets in Antarctica, ALOS PALSAR interferograms over the Yamato mountains area investigated. One of two paths overlapping each other shows a substantial change from winter to summer. Detailed analysis suggests that the change is caused by not the seasonal effects but ionospheric effects by aurora activities.
