Abstract :
A special bistatic forward-looking configuration which has a moving transmitter and a receiver moving toward the ground is introduced. The range and Doppler history is analyzed, then the expression of range and azimuth resolution is derived, simulation results are presented to demonstrate the resolution ability of this configuration.
