Abstract :
This research aims to explore the entrepreneurial competences for starting a store. This study used the techniques of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to solicit opinions from 9 store´s owner whom selected from Excellent Micro-business Entrepreneurial Women Pools of Taiwan´s Council of Labor Affairs. The results show that the business functions skills is the most important factor for starting a store in the object level. The second is entrepreneurial skills. In the attributes level, the rank of entrepreneurial competences for starting a store by descending are the entrepreneurial traits/behaviors, entrepreneurial processes, operations management, marketing management, human resource management, financial management, risk management, business foundations, communications skills, professional innovation ability and digital skills.
