Abstract
Based on the analyzing and colligating the prosperities of film and video digital effects, a web interactive handbook of the digital effects is presented, in this article. According to the sorting features of digital effects, the web and video service techniques of multi-layers menu structure, ASP, embedded framework and media player etc. are applied to construct the systematic, guidable and self-learning website, and it will be satisfying the needs of the professional and amateurish video and film maker for the learning, referencing, production and designing of digital effects.
