Abstract :
In this paper, the method to process and analyze the data of electron diffraction was realized by Visual Basic programming, which is proven to be user-friendly in both operation and implementation. Firstly, the fundamental principles of electron diffraction experiment were introduced; then, the program designing and debugging were carried on using the VB programming language; finally, the data processing and analysis functions for electron diffraction experiment were realized by designed VB program. The rapid and accurate data processing can be done by designed program.
