Abstract :
During the scientific data acquisition of lunar probe Chang´E-2, the coverage analysis of payload plays an important role in developing coverage strategies, as well as in determining the coverage area and carrying out follow-up analysis. This paper mainly emphasis on the following aspects: first, the purpose of coverage analysis is analyzed; then the element of coverage analysis and coverage model is presented; thirdly, a coverage analysis example of CCD stereo camera is given.
