Abstract :
The problem of transmitting data in timely manner becomes magnified when different types of health-related data need to be transmitted to multiple healthcare stakeholders for different purposes. We present a prioritization mechanism which takes into account of user´s profile, in addition to data type and available network performance, in order to prioritize the transmission of healthcare-related data with high urgency.
