Abstract :
The presented sliding de-ramping processing allows observation of the operator selected ranges limited only by the unambiguous range, which is defined by the radar duty cycle. The sliding along the observed ranges is utilized by changing the transmitted signal replica used for down-mixing of the received signals and does not demand the redesign of the radar receiver hardware. The practical relations for the processing implementation have been derived.
