Abstract :
The J-shaped monopole array antenna was developed to realize cost-effectiveness and size-reduction for use of digital terrestrial broadcasting systems and its equivalent circuit was devised to confirm the matching mechanism between the antenna element and the feed circuits. In this paper, the rigorous equivalent circuit model was proposed to establish a design procedure of the J-shaped monopole array antenna for the terrestrial digital broadcasting reception at UHF band.
