  • Abstract
Cavity-resonator-integrated guided-mode resonance filter (CRIGF) is expected to provide high reflectance and narrow-band spectrum response. Crossed-CRIGF consisting of two CRIGFs orthogonal to each other was proposed as polarization-independent CRIGF and designed. Reflectance at resonance wavelength was predicted to be almost 100 % regardless of incident wave´s polarization by coupled-mode analysis.
