Abstract :
We propose and demonstrate an electro-optic Bragg deflection spatial light modulator using a periodically poled MgO:s-LiTaO3 thin crystal for UV laser light. Good performances which include a diffraction efficiency as high as 97.8% and a high extinction ratio were accomplished at 355nm wavelength. In addition, we demonstrate the spatial light modulation.
