            Abstract : 
In order to improve logistics efficiency and reduction of internal operating costs, home appliance retail chain enterprises need to choose the right logistics and distribution patterns. Through analysis of China´s home appliance retail chain of distribution characteristics and the status quo, showing the current China´s home appliance chain logistics problems. And then in comparison of the current China´s home appliance retail chain enterprises commonly used logistics and distribution model. The analysis of distribution patterns is influencing factors. Based on the analysis of home appliance retail chain´s distribution model and factors, AHP was been used to establish an evaluation and selection model of home appliance retail chain´s distribution model. Evaluation and selection model to solve the China´s home appliance retail chain logistics and distribution patterns of choice.
