Abstract :
Enhancing the self-renovation capability of the medicine industry is a major deal among China´s future challenges, therefore, supporting and guiding the medicine industry through financial and tax incentive policy is particularly important. This study used SPSS statistical software to analyze the correlation between the financial-tax incentive policy and the self-renovation capability of the medicine industry. One of the results shows a positive correlation between the government investment and the self-renovation capability of medicine industry, yet another result indicates a negative relation among sales tax, income tax and the self-renovation capability of medicine industry. It is definitely helpful for enhancing the self-renovation capability of the medicine industry through formulating more specific financial and tax incentive policy.
