Abstract :
The traditional intellectual property diffusion theory is take the law, the administrative protection as the basic premise, But many developed countries started to abandon this theory, and start to study the proliferation effectiveness under the weak constraints. This article based on the weak restraint\´s basic supposition and the definition, gives the "the proliferation balance condition" of proprietary intellectual property rights, and unifies the intellectual property rights diffusion equation, we discuss two basic proliferation way that is the stable and the unstable way under the weak constraints the proprietary intellectual property rights.
