Abstract :
Project quality control is the foundation of enterprise survival as well as the guarantee of enterprise long-standing development. With society paying attention to quality security, improving project quality has been the only way for construction and installation-related enterprises to enhance their competition. Based on factors affecting quality management risk of construction and installation-related enterprise, this article forms project quality management and risk evaluation index system of construction and installation-related enterprise, consisting of personnel, material, mechanic, method and environment factor. Through comprehensive utilizing unascertained measurement and information of single index, project quality management risk evaluation matrix has been formed and solution to solve its risk and management has been given to provide preference to enhancing quality management of construction and installation-related enterprise.
