The Research of Enterprises Self-oriented Innovation Related Concepts

Scientifically defining the concepts of enterprises self-oriented innovation is the basis of in-depth research of self-oriented innovation. In this paper, the connotation of self-oriented innovation of enterprises was analyzed through literature research. And the spiral technology roadmap of enterprises self-oriented innovation was built. Through establishing the enterprises self-oriented innovation spiral technology roadmap, we found the connotation of enterprises self-oriented innovation shall at least include four core elements which are self-oriented innovation initiative, self-oriented innovation resources integration capacity, self-oriented innovation achievements productive capacity and self-oriented innovation sustainable capacity. On this basis, the relationship of the four core elements was analyzed. And the concepts system of enterprises self-oriented innovation was established. These works provide theoretical support for in-depth research of enterprises self-oriented innovation.
