Abstract :
This article mainly has the logistics analysis to the layout of motor wheelset´s assembly workshop, the motor wheel set that are on the bogie´s drive. At the same time, proposing the improvement programs to the deficiencies of the workshop´s technology layout, and improving them. The SLP method is mainly used at here, the purpose is to optimize the layout of the whole plant, and improve the productivity of the entire plant in the case of ensuring safety in production. Using this method, and doing the quantitative analysis with the data which collected from the workshop site. Get the most optimal plan which proposed by the variety of data analysis, and the plan solved the current problems of the workshop. At last, it realizes the layout optimization of the motor wheelset´s assembly workshop.
