Abstract :
Aiming at the dumping problems in domestic and overseas markets, the status quo, the reasons, and the negative effects of this problem are discussed. Meanwhile, it indicates the countermeasures to prevent dumping from these three aspects: the governments, business, as well as the enterprises. In a buyer´s market or in order to vend a new product, business enterprises in other countries always take a dump policy that sells their goods at a low price.
