Abstract :
Based on the data from Yunnan Province, and using statistical analysis, the article studies the relationship between employment elasticity and industrial structures, analyze the impact of industrial restructuring on employment in the non-public economy. Through the study conclusion is got that: the employment of the non-public economy in the primary industry has reached saturation and it excludes labors, the non-public economy in the secondary and tertiary industry has a stimulating effect on employment growth, but the space for the secondary industry to absorb labor force is limited, therefore, the tertiary industry has become the most important department to absorb labor force. The article suggests to adjust the interal structure of three industries and improve the quality of the workforce in the non-public economy of Yunnan province.
