Abstract :
The function of university is teaching, research and social services. To establish what kind of organizational form in university can perfect teaching, research and social services in university is a key topic to explore and practice. The development of university transformed from extensive growth to intensive growth, paid more attention to educational quality, structural optimization and the improvement of educational efficiency. Reform old teaching and research organizational models, create university an organizational structure helpful to develop discipline, exert interdisciplinary fusion, share recourses, supplement each other´s advantages, hasten new discipline, especially interdisciplinary, which is an effective way to improve discipline level of university, educational quality, university´s scale and economic benefits.
