Abstract

In order to find a harmonious development way of environmental protection and socioeconomic development in middle-upper reaches of the Jinsha River Region, this study made a systematic initial research on the Spatial development Function zone division´s theory, methodology and policies system based on synthesized various land planning of predecessors, and divided the Spatial development Function zone for middle-upper reaches of the Jinsha River. It has some significance on the way of environmental protection and socioeconomic development in the eastern regions.
