Abstract :
As the competition among medical institutions is fiercer and fiercer, the core competitiveness of hospital is very key to hospital development. The article deeply analyzes the connotation and the characteristics of hospital core competitiveness, and then researches its forming paths, including knowledge innovation, resources acquisition, cultural shaping and management integration.
