Abstract :
This paper is based on X factory as an actual research field. We reached on the actual problems of the key process in the Axle box production line. The main purpose is to make less work and more convenient operation, working environment more secure, and less processing time and improve the work efficiency after an analysis of the key process step, This article uses the 5 WlH technology and ECRS principle to improve and makes the comparison before and after improvement. It actually reduces the process steps and improves work efficiency, working environment safety.
