  • Abstract
    Technovation ability is one of the most significant strengths for universities. It has a positive influence to orient and support talent cultivation and society service and so on. So it plays important role to appraise and give rein to the technovation ability. The text establishes appraisal index system, made up of such four broad headings as resources into ability, social influence power, domestic radiating capacity and sustainable development ability. Based on Delphi, analytic hierarchy process, grey relation degree and fuzzy system theory, a grey comprehensive appraisal model is put forward to appraise university´s technovation ability quantitatively. The paper appears that it is feasible and effective to appraise the university´s technovation ability with the grey comprehensive appraisal model by researching and calculating.
