Abstract :
In order to enable the people to understand locomotive bogie assembly process, this paper from the concise and practical point of view mainly introduces electric locomotive bogie in the process and assembly plane layout[1] by a combination of theoretical and practical way. First of all, this paper will introduce every process in accordance with the different processing station, Secondly, according to the actual situation based on the process of understanding and the actual investigation in the factory, the assembly plane layout was improved through research and analysis factory assembly layout, Finally, this paper will introduce at each station and station between parts of the transport process. According to the research based on program analysis, it provides some useful experience for workshop production.
