Abstract :
The paper set up the inter-evolving SD model of in-cluster competition and tech-innovation and imitate the dynamic change of cluster innovation under different competitive levels. The result shows that appropriate degree of competition will improve the efficiency of cluster performance, however, over or under competition would lead to a low efficiency. In the end, the paper analyze the rationality of the SD model through the the empirical analysis.
