Abstract

In this article, using the measurement regression analysis method and 1995-2008 input-output data of Beijing high-tech industry, the author carries out appraising the influencing factor of its technology innovation efficiency. The research results indicate that the technical funds´ investment play the leading role on enhancing the innovation efficiency of Beijing high-tech industry. R&D activity personnel´s investment, enterprise quantity, industrial openness degree and industrial profit play certain influence on Beijing high-tech industry innovation efficiency, and this role was not remarkable.
