Abstract :
Unlike former methods for competitor identification, this paper for the first time applies a two-dimensional index system (market commonality and resource similarity) as criteria. Based on the dynamic competitor analysis framework put forward by Professor Chen Mingzhe, the author employed quantitative statistics methods of cluster analysis and matching analysis to identify and classify the dynamic competitors for the target enterprise - Dongfeng Peugeot Citroën Automobile Company Ltd.
