Development Situation and Suggestions for Science and Technology Activity of University in Tianjin

This Paper compares and analyzes the development situation of university science and technology activities in Tianjin, and pointed out several problems: the increasing speed of total Personnel of science and technology activity of universities is limited, the number of science and technology personnel is increasing but not increasing in quality, university research funding relies on financial, total investment and university and enterprise cooperation are limited and university science and technology activity is not efficient. For these problems, this paper suggested the R & D capital investment needed to be expanded and university-enterprise cooperation must be enhanced, the researcher team reserves of university of Tianjin need to be increased and qualified talent recruiting should be speeded up, and university patent applications should be supported.
