Abstract :
Training gets more attention in the enterprise management, all enterprises are exploring a efficient training mode which is suitable for the development of themselves. In this paper, the shortcomings of the state-owned enterprise training were analyzed, a set of first-line managers training course mode base on competency model was designed, concrete process of the curriculum design was constructed, the model of, establishment method of first-line managers training course was put forward. And Taking a provincial grid company as an example, through the analysis of the team leader´s training demand, competency model of the team leader post was built. Training theme and elements of the training team leader post was obtained by using input-output analytic method. This provides theory references and practice guidance for the design of enterprise training program.
