Abstract
With the expansion of collaboration in supply chain, the design and operation of the supply chain should be considered as a whole system, in which the decision making and operation of enterprises are no longer independent. Local and dyadic relationship considerations were not enough. It is necessary to treat the supply chain as a complex network, from the overall perspective using a holistic network model to study the structure, operation and flow transmission of the whole supply chain vertically or all entities in a certain node of supply chain horizontally. Using systems engineering we established a common indicative framework of holistic network multi-agent simulation model, it can well describe a wide collaborated dynamic supply network, provide a good reference to decision support, comprehensive assessment and prediction for strategic layer and operational layer of entire supply network. And the analysis in this paper provides a basis for future research and a framework.
