Abstract :
Along with the market economy development, hospital´s competition has become more and more intense. Based on path analysis and American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), this paper proposes a hospitalization patient satisfaction index model, analyzes the relationship of 7 latent variables, and finds some important problems existed and discusses their measurements.
