Abstract

The article analyses the characteristics of kitchen cabinet enterprise in mass customization, and the management of product family configuration, the assembly to-order, the production management of MRP II/JIT mixing, which is the flexible production management of kitchen cabinet enterprise. Based on the principle of MRP II /JIT mixing, according to the hierarchical function and structure model of kitchen cabinet, builds the production management system of MRP II /JIT mixing, that is a key technology to guiding the production control management of kitchen cabinet enterprises in mass customization.
