Abstract
Interconnection of National Power Systems Though Boundary is natural demand in development progress for getting high exploitation efficiency. However, when interconnecting, there are a lot of problems being solved. In case of interconnecting by HVAC, there is only one frequency on whole connected system, so the small power system shall be depended on the bigger one. For overcoming it, there are two options for choosing, a) Separating some generator unit form selling system to connect to buying one, and, b) Separating some consumers from buying system to receive power from selling one. In this case, exploitation efficiency will be small. For that reason, interconnecting by HVDC is suitable, two systems are independent comparatively and exploitation efficiency will be increased. When interconnecting power systems through boundary, it is necessary to solve to mobilize active power, compensation reactive power, capacity withstand short circuit current of equipments on systems.
