Abstract

Sustainability is the mainstream of future design. For the design of rehabilitation aids, it not only reflects a sustainable realization of material products, but also reflects a sustainable design of comprehensive service system and model. Based on disabled people´s physical and psychological characteristics, this article combined with concepts which the aids related, further expanding the scope of rehabilitation services and proposing a concept of “sustainable service design of rehabilitation aids”. This is extremely beneficial to future development of rehabilitation aids, and also playing a facilitating role for promotion of the sustainable design.
