Abstract
Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
Selecting an communication infrastructure for employing in plans to a smart grid, including advanced distribution automation, is one of the most important challenges for Grid designers. It is too tedious and difficult to conduct generally for there are several variables and factors interwoven with the problem. This is ultimately impacted by branching some technical and business criteria into subsets. Due to its application in advanced distribution automation, finding an efficient approach would be so facilitating. In this paper, an approach for selecting a proper communication infrastructure is presented using expert judged analytic hierarchy process (AHP).
