When ports supplying medium pressure shore power for vessel callings will face new problems, using the moment method and finite element method calculate terminal ground resistance. And analysis grounding resistance value to determine which method will be used for the terminal substation grounding, earth electrode form, and terminals grounding devices are required connected conductor between the hulls. The results of this study will give a guiding role for the port distribution transformer grounding device design.
