Abstract :
To build a particular innovative talents´ training mode has became important strategic choice of replying each challenge for university in china. In this paper, based on the market orientation theory, study on how to improve the effectiveness of practical teaching innovation, thereby develop the consciousness and ability of the students´ independent innovation. Perfect the disadvantages of existing practical education links, aim to explore new ideas and policy suggestions for the innovative talents´ training mode.
