A Study on Teaching Practice of the Higher Vocational Law Education

Along with our countries´ unceasingly expansion of the scale of legal education and the multiplication of the education level, how the higher vocational law education should train the high-quality practical legal talents? I believed that we should go out of the mire of examination-oriented education, truly reflect the values of quality education, take the view of the scientific talent, quality and teaching as the instruction, and promote the quality education comprehensively. Practical teaching should always be the main line, enlightens from the legal investigation, develops from the legal training, refines from the research courses, and guides the students´ attention from the rich bright social life to invest positively to serve for the society by utilizing the specialized knowledge methodically.
