Abstract :
The qualities of campus TV news editors are determined by the characteristics of the campus TV. This article starts from the management, direction, planning and technical qualities to analyze the quality requirements of campus TV news editors in the new era and puts forward the plan to improve their managing, guiding and planning capacities and the countermeasures to improve their technical qualities.
